The candidate evaluation is not based on technical prowess or past achievements, but based on evaluating open mindset and growth mentality

Instead of sidelining technical career path, there is a need to integrate non-technical and technical career employees to have a good culture for the company's continuous growth
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not really care about product quality, the main thing to push is timeline and meetings, more managers get promoted with every product launch, its a waste of effort for technical employees
