What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager spent nearly the entire day with me to expose me to the business, team members, managers from various design, equipment, development, production teams which give me the feeling of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Supporting a sector that has a high product demand this job receives a lot of attention. Budget issues prevent hiring so the workload increases. Other sectors are not seeing such a large demand so the company stock and compensation reflects the company outlook.
