Better customer service and correspondence. Basically ghosted me after I paid. I was not able to use the product and they would not refund.
Find new, competent leadership. Founder/CEO is inept, toxic, deceptive, ineffective, and tanking this business. She can no longer find good people to work for her, or retain any decent employees. Good mission/business idea, non existent business model, and terrible leadership.
Getting paid on time would be a start
Working at Wevorce is chaotic, more so than other start ups, because the CEO is ineffective. They completely mismanage their finances, so they are always out of money to pay their employees (all while the CEO takes luxury business trips). The vision is good, but the extremely poor execution.
