- If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Wevr?Inject some fun! It was pretty work work work, no play. Additionally, there were almost an equal number of contractors vs. permanent employees which created some unnecessary delineations. I tried to make sure that everyone was included in the fun, meetings, conversations, etc. so that it always felt like a team vs. a them/us dynamic.
