The health and eye protection are good

Money is all that they offer, no stability and the benefits get worse every year
The work isn't worth the pay anymore. scale hasn't kept up with increase in Cost of living at all.

The company sends a massage each and every day safety and health are priority but outages and unscheduled down time are out of. Control
The management pits the employees against each other. They are afraid of unity

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees needs take pride and management need to make sure they are making best decisions the sop program is forced on employees most of them would rather not have it
Unionize so the employees have protection from the bully management team
treat people like humans and not like the fuel
What did you like most about the interview process?
The middle level management that handles the interviewing tends to be well educated and temperamentally well-adjusted.
The good old boy network is alive and well. Oh yea no nepotism unless your a plant manager and your kid needs a job

I have worked with company for a long time through many transitions and have adjusted the new generation does not have the same work ethic that made this company what is today and what plans to be tomorrow
