What do you like best about the leadership team?strong advocacy and caring personality.
What are some of the best things about your team?We need to do a better job of how we manage our time and therefore respect the time of our employees. There is an expectation to stay after hours and work weekends due to poor staffing and capacity models that have not been put in place as part of migration activities
What is the best part about your compensation package?It's comprehensive and well -rounded
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More benefits. gym reimbursement, more holidays off.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Better staffing, models, and compensation reviews done on a more proactive cycle rather than waiting till the industry changes. Interviews have resulted in subpar candidates until compensation has aligned with the marketplace.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Lead with action plans from executive leadership down that include ways to make the business more satisfying to a customers and client centric focused. Review the goals for alignment between executive leadership teams and only pay out bonuses if teams make their goals collectively.
