
Whirlpool is a global company; however, we are just beginning to 'think' as a global company. One of the company values is Diversity and Inclusion; however; we don't have a very 'inclusive' culture. There is work being done in this space; but significant work is needed.
How highly operational EVERYTHING is. Creating operational processes is necessary and valuable; however, in some instances, we lose the purpose because we have to overthink the simplistic thing and we're disconnecting from the human connection of working with people.
Some leadership functions and departments are not really empowered to drive on their objectives, great product ideas take years to come to market sometimes and the business case process pushes everything to yearly cycles that slow progress
