Alan Gover — Partner at White & Case LLP

Mr. Alan Gover is currently employed at White & Case, L.L.P. in the position of Partner since December 2006. He serves in the firm's financial restructuring and insolvency practice in New York. Mr. Gover was previously with Dewey Ballantine LLP, where he has headed the restructuring practice as a Partner. He has advised on strategic planning, governance and business problems, and has been lead counsel in numerous transactions and restructurings involving tens of billions of dollars in assets in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Gover holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1973).
