Mr. Colin Chang serves as Partner at White & Case, L.L.P. Mr. Chang serves as a Partner in the Banking & Capital Markets group based in London and Paris. A Securities Lawyer specialising in high yield financings, he has extensive experience representing underwriters and issuers in international high yield offerings and bridge-to-high yield financings in both the European and US markets. His practice encompasses not only the conduct of high yield offerings and bridge financings but also liability management and high yield debt restructurings. He has also represented various parties in a range of structured finance products including cross-border leveraged leases, securitizations, credit default swaps and conduit financings. Before joining White & Case in 2006, he practiced in the New York and Paris Offices of another US law firm for over nine years.
