Ian Cuillerier — Partner at White & Case LLP

Ian Cuillerier serves as a partner at White & Case, L.L.P. Mr. Cuollerier covers structured finance and served as Co-Head of the derivatives practice at Hunton & Williams LLP in New York. Mr. Cuillerier has extensive experience representing investment and commercial banks, corporations and hedge funds in derivative transactions and structured investments. He also has extensive experience in representing issuers, investors and lenders in US and cross-border debt and equity financings. He received B.C.L. from McGill University Faculty of Law in 1995, LL.B. from McGill University Faculty of Law in 1995 and H.B.A. from University of Western Ontario in 1991.
