R. Jake Mincemoyer is a Partner of White & Case, L.L.P. Mr. Mincemoyer is a Member of White & Case's Bank Finance Practice Group. His legal practice covers a broad range of finance matters, with an emphasis on the representation of lead agents and underwriters in leveraged finance transactions. He is involved in all aspects of deal structure and in the negotiation and documentation of such transactions, including the negotiation of intercreditor relationships, compliance with margin regulations and, in the case of international transactions, structuring financings to maximize tax efficiencies. Mr. Mincemoyer has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional secured financings and works closely with finance attorneys in White & Case's London and Frankfurt offices on a variety of matters. Representative clients of Mr. Mincemoyer include Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies. Among Mr. Mincemoyer's recent transactions are: the acquisition by Lee Enterprises, Incorporated of Pulitzer Inc., representing Deutsche Bank and SunTrust Bank, as lead agents and arrangers and the subsequent restructuring of Lee's capital structure; the acquisition by Oak Hill Capital Partners of eight Fox television stations, representing Deutsche Bank, UBS Securities, Bank of America and BNP Paribas as lead agents and arrangers; the acquisition by Fresenius SE of APP Pharmaceuticals Inc., representing Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan as lead agents and arrangers; the restructuring of the capital structure of Wilton Brands, Inc., representing Deutsche Bank and TowerBrook; and the refinancing of Exide Technologies senior secured credit facilities, representing Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse as lead agents and arrangers. Mr. Mincemoyer joined White & Case after his graduation from law school in 2001. He holds a JD from Cornell University Law School in 2001 and BS from Cornell University in 1998.
