What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is one and part time employees can participate in stock.
I was happy with my position and my salary. But unfortunately the manager came up with problems from nothing on purpose to kick me out.
Matching 401k , life insurance, bonuses, and discounts of stock purchase
The best part of the compensation package is the salary.
We do get bonus if we sell certain amounts. However, management keeps increasing the amount needed to sell to make bonus. Also, there is a good discount on product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again,I was constantly undermined.When ever I answered a question from the customer ,the mgr.or another employee would answer again.Repeating what I had said.
Noone communicates proply so you have no idea whats going on.
