I started as a junior developer, there was only me, Rami, the CEO and another senior developer. I had the opportunity the shape the company and the product in a way not many get to do, I was trusted and received full ownership of many aspects of the product and information was shared freely.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to achieve a common goal, yet everyone has there time to shine, each member has full ownership of different aspects of the product yet we all share knowledge and try to improve one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at WhiteSource let's everyone express themselves and let's everyone's opinion by heard. As a manager myself, I try to teach what I've been taught time and time again, success is achieved by hard work, dedication and knowing which battles to fight for and when to compromise.
