Listening to their employees. A survey is needed, but its doubtful they would even care.
Wages are not sufficient enough to survive and how about at 2 why we have to stand for an entire 8-hour shift

Below market. False promises. No deliverables.
If I weren't black I'm sure I get more and maybe if the company with flat bones is more black employees here inside a black business
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration. True teamwork. Resiurcesful when needed.
All coworkers are friendly, no problems with bullying or any other stuff.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
You're not being so strict as far as having to stand up for me to our ships

Meeting famous people and random celebrities

Food closing drink cigarettes being alone while I work
