Great vision and focus customer referenceabilty
As I work in a satellite office, the corporate dynamics are a little askew. Not much face to face with the leadership.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's not a public company because the CEO wants to do what he wants to do. Feedback is never taken into consideration. Nothing changes. The leadership is made of almost all white men. Gender equality and diversity doesn't exist in the positions of power so the thinking style is if white privilege.

The amount and complexity of work outweighs compensation on almost every level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work ethic and desire to have an impact on our clients and products.
Really talented group of nice, hardworking people. This is the best group of people I have worked with in my career.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. We are all here to help and this attitude comes across from the Exec team down.
Everyone has each others back on my team. While all companies are not perfect that are an amazing number of great people at WideOrbit
Good People
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency and less of Golden Children treatment by higher ups.
Satellite office environment is stressed and no clear leadership is present.

The work is challenging, but not overtly. I am forced to learn new skills on a weekly basis. No expert in most, but at least familiar!
