How employees describe working at WideOrbit
excellent would be an understatement
If you fall out of favor, they will find a way to push you out. Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is their method to fire you. It's not to help you improve or help you at all, you will be fired no matter how hard you try to do your best to improve. It will not matter so just know PIP is to help you
Mixed. True love and hate, but isn't that all companies.
