What does the leadership team need to get better at?It's not a public company because the CEO wants to do what he wants to do. Feedback is never taken into consideration. Nothing changes. The leadership is made of almost all white men. Gender equality and diversity doesn't exist in the positions of power so the thinking style is if white privilege.
