Does WideOrbit drug test or do a background check?
Yes, on the background check. We do not encourage recreational drug use, but since we don't operate heavy machinery, drug test have not historically been part of the HR Process
What's the internship program like at WideOrbit?
There is no formal internship program, but WideOrbit does sponsor interns in various capacities
How does WideOrbit measure success and growth in the Operations department?
The primary way is Customer Referenceability. If clients are happy, they are will to buy more software and refer us to other potential clients. There are a lot of other things we measure, but this is the core KPI

Yes, a good portion of WideOrbit's work force is remote.

Good and they offer a sabbatical program after 4 or 5 years. You can take the time off at half salary.

Satellite office environment is stressed and no clear leadership is present.
