Executive Bio

Mr. Ryan Ross has been an Executive Vice President of Rejuvenation at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since July 25, 2017. Mr. Ross is responsible for the merchandising, product development, inventory management, creative services, visual merchandising, brand finance, operations, retail stores and manufacturing functions for Rejuvenation. He has more than 20 years of retail experience, to lead the Williams-Sonoma's Rejuvenation brand. He served as Vice President of e-commerce at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from 2000 to 2008. He joined HSN in 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President of Marketing and Digital Commerce - HSN at HSN, Inc since December 08, 2015 and served as Member of the Executive Team. In this role, Mr. Ross oversaw marketing, creative and digital commerce. Mr. Ross served as Chief Creative Officer at Stylus Media Group Limited, where he worked with global brands developing comprehensive strategic identities and cross-platform customer experience best practices. Since joining HSN in August 2013 as Senior Vice President of Digital Commerce, he has driven significant growth across digital platforms with a focus on optimization, personalization and enhanced experiences. His 20 year retail tenure has included companies like Gap, Pottery Barn and Harrods where he specialized in brand building, product positioning and strategic marketing. The cornerstone of his career has been his relentless focus on customer centricity - deeply understanding customer behavior and remaining agile to the ever-changing link between customer, product and channel preference to drive meaningful business results. Mr. Ross has extensive experience in product development and a strong understanding of the link between the consumer and the commercial. He worked within the consumer retail sector for 17 years, at Pottery Barn and Harrods. He started his career at Gap, where he was part of the product team for the Old Navy division. In 2000, he moved to Pottery Barn as a retail buyer. While at Pottery Barn, he held various positions including Divisional Merchandising Manager of Home Accessories, Vice President of Pottery Barn.com and Vice President of Pottery Barn Bed and Bath Division. Most recently, he was Director of Harrods Direct in London, responsible for all aspects of the online and catalogue businesses. He regularly volunteers at St. Vincent de Paul serving the hungry, homeless and working poor in St. Petersburg. He is an active member of the National Retail Federation, passionate about inspiring young talent to think out-of-the-box regarding careers in the evolving retail industry. He holds a B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
