What did you like most about the interview process? My manager at the time was very transparent and honest. Since then the manager that was hired after was not honest at all, played favorites and was not very knowledgeable about her job. When things were pointed out to her she ignored them as it would shed light on her ineffectiveness
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Some of my coworkers.. management could really careless about the people. They just want to see numbers
What are some of the best things about your team? The food, most of the times nothing gets solved and they just use it as an excuse to make another meeting. Not efficient at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been with the company at least 5 years and have been overlooked as well as many others who do the core work but then I see the chosen ones come in and get promotions within a year. Yet these people are dependent on those overlooked and they consistently ask for help
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Diversity is desperately lacking in this company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Convince CEO to grow company rather that just milk it at lower and lower revenues.
