What do you like best about the leadership team?Excelent, always I have the support of my managers.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was very thorough. But kind of nice to be able to go to lunch with some of my future team to get to know them a little less formally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The HR department always has something fun planned and organize a bunch of events, games, parties, Community and volunteer events, and other stuff. I get to know my co-workers better and people I don't normally get to work with every day because of these types of things. It's been awesome!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More pay, very low for the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think it has to do with Covid more than the company.
