Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work hard, late evening, sometimes weekends as during the week there are too many meetings that stop me from doing my actual work.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Inform them which role they are being considered for. Provide updates to candidates. Do not leave them hanging with no next steps to look forward to for months.
