- What makes you most happy at work?The team works together to solve problems.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We work together and not like any other company I've worked in - we find solutions together and we treat every input with respect. We allow for diverse and sometimes even crazy ideas, but we use that to ideate and solve. It is a highly engaging team willing to do right by the client.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Highly but fairly compensated. Bonus is primarily based on group performance (the specific work stream I am in) so it enforces the idea of working together to achieve goals.
