What is the best part about your compensation package?

Unlimited vacation that is truly done well. I never feel like I have to sacrifice time off for the sake of the team in the toxic competitive way I've heard about from other places, and also know that no one is really keeping track or policing each other. We're encouraged to take the time we need.
