This has been the best chapter of my career so far. I am so grateful to have been at Wistia, especially through such a tough year and a half or so externally.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! I love getting to work with these people every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is such a creative bunch. All hands meetings are often the right mix of productive and hilarious/entertaining.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we do profit sharing! It is a great way to celebrate our success together every year looking back on what we've built so far.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kind is not usually a word associated with business. I'm often impress with the caliber of thought and ideas on this team, but mostly that they are paired with kindness at the leadership level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mostly, I have never worked at a company that cares this deeply about Diversity & Inclusion, and acts on it. No company is perfect, but Wistia always seems to have the urgency to keep doing better.
