Leadership is constantly encouraging and challenging staff to grow and become thought leaders in their respective fields.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of benfits and perks, although no matching 401k
The salary is competitive in the marketplace but its the other aspects of compensation that set Withum apart. The benefit range is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued as a team player
The 401k match is low and favors those who can max out their contribution (i.e., those who are highest in the org chart and make the most money).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Withum has some of the brightest professionals in the accounting industry. The energy is palpable.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication and understanding .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is energizing!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promote deserving employees. Leadership can't all look the same.
