People have cliques and promote groupism
All I can say is that...the respect that people here at Withum have for each other is something that I've never experienced in any of my previous 3 Jobs. I have a voice and people appreciate the service that I provide. I'm just happy to come to work everyday.
Withum feels like a firm of the future. The average employee is young or acts young but exhibits the utmost professionalism. We embody a 100% responsible environment in which every individual owns their tasks. This level of accountability means that employees become professionals at a rapid pace.

Of course you'll find the standard PTO, 401k, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, etc. But Withum also offers a technology reimbursement for personal upgrades to stay current with things like new iphones or personal computers. Withum also has an employee relief fund to help people through difficult times which is funded by a Firm program which contributes money for every mile an employee runs. There are numerous others, but suffice to say that the benefit range is exceptional.
