What did you like most about the interview process?straight forward no bs questions, relating to own experience
What are some of the best things about your team?very nice and professional colleagues on the aircraft; managment team is abysmal though, office employees overworked and inexperienced offer no backend support to operations

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managment, backend support regarding hotac, rosters and oversight during day to day operations, food and benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?backend support, fixed roster options and early/ late preferences, not having to take a pay cut whilst Managment pays themselves out millions in stocks and cash, there are no benefits apart from the legal mandatory contributions, no stock& equity bonuses for employees
