What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Stop firing people in December to meet financial expectations. They fire people, never rehire anyone and pile on the work. it's almost like working in a factory.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No raises, no bonuses, work you to the bone and only give money benefits to is upper management. And, if you do get a raise, the average is 1.5%. Not even a cost-of-living increase.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talk to the employees doing the work before removing critical applications that are not being replaced with equivalent applications. Decisions are made at the top without any consideration of what it does to the actual management of the projects and the day-to-day work.
