The leadership team is setting clear goals, motivating the teams and truly getting involved in making the company an exciting place to work at.

Review from HR Dept

Flexible and reliable and very knowledgeable and experienced professionals

They listen tp the employees

Brilliant and smart people are in place.

Very hands off approach. The work expectations are very clear.

They make time to get to know you or hear you out. They make the work environment great.

I trust their leadership and direction

Transparent decision making and focus on employees

Freedom to work Work life balance

Tranpatent and with high ambition

Knows how to play fair

Warm, supportive with good vision

Good leadership but no focus on internal growth of employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, modernization, development, innovation and inclusion

Being nice. And relateable to the people thats new

Change trainer amanda and Gary underwood

Innovation listening being relevant and realistic

Bring in outside opinions from other industries that have truly transformed; otherwise businesses like CT will not change. Remarkable position with an essentially fixed client base/revenue is being wasted.

Every year in July and August the Leadership team praises employees for staying on track and meeting or exceeding the yearly financial goals yet every year the Tax and Accountin let's go of dozens of people. Leadership goals are to send more jobs offshore. No appreciation for US based employees.

Too much nepotism. Too much dead weight from the print world. Inept at acquisitions.

Strategic planning and accountability for results

Hiring enough employees to do the job and then compensating them fairly. And saying no to future outsourcing!
