I joined Wondery when it was a small startup. It's been both exciting and challenging to pivot from that experience to being a part of Amazon, a corporate giant.

My team is friendly, responsive, hardworking, and competent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish my salary was higher.

I like the stock offerings.

The people! And I'm extremely proud of our shows.

They are very personable and available. Goals and expectations are clear.

Teamwork mentality! Everyone is smart, creative, hardworking, and willing to help.

Culture of openness, inclusion, and fun. We take work seriously, but don't take ourselves too seriously.

I appreciate the open door culture and the appreciation for doing things "the fun way" when possible.

My colleagues are the best part of the job. I appreciate and enjoy working with a great team.

We are growing and creating more culture daily!! The turnout for company events is very high and new events and ideas are encouraged.

It's still a startup- my salary is less than the average for my role in my city. But I have high job satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and friendly, know what they're doing, and go out of their way to make sure we feel included in the big decisions at the company.
