Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often work 10-hour days and weekends. I'm not sure anyone else in the company understands how much work my job entails, and that I'm constantly being forced to choose between doing my job well or doing my job within normal business hours.

1. Because our titles, experience, and responsibilities seem to have nothing to do with our compensation structure. (Read: there are people with less experience, lower titles, and fewer responsibilities that make more or just slightly less than I do.) 2. Be TRANSPARENT!

Setting small goals and achieving them. Then at the end, being able to look back at the product as a whole knowing it took all those small goals to get to something great.
