Sharing of ideas. Both about how to do the work, the work we are doing, and what other people are doing in the podcast space.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team never says no to helping one another. I have never asked for support and been told anything but "yes, and how can I do more?" . We lift one another up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is clearly passionate about the work that we do. We eat, sleep, and breathe podcasts - and make it clear from top to bottom that that is what it takes to be here. I love that love of passion, support, and drive to be excellent.
