Great content brought me in. The compensation package & executive team make me feel valued & more than just a cog in the machine. I do feel somewhat lost though. Like I'm following a map that is being rewritten weekly. I spend a lot of time and energy backtracking, and clarifying direction.

Everyone deeply cares and wants to be there. Challenges are met as a group and everyone has each other?

Salary, and ease of use that trip net offers. Would love to for employees to be able to buy equity.

The content we produce generally aligns with the kind of content I believe in. I'm excited to be apart of and share our stories.

I see my personal contribution to the company and it feels like I have a real hand in shaping our future in a recognizable way.

Clear, and mostly open line of communication with a strong sense of direction. They also clearly feel like they care about us as people and not just employees.

I trust them to do what they say they will do. Everyone also takes responsibility for their actions and no one is here to throw anyone under the bus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe everyone to be a strong contributor at our company. I don't see weak links or dead weight. Everyone is pushing hard, though not all are pushing in the same direction.
