The friendliness of pretty much everyone on staff!

My coworkers, and feeling like I'm contributing directly to the success of the company.

Feeling in control of how I structure my work day. I really value the autonomy I have here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm so thrilled to be offered the opportunity to contribute to a 401k! It's my first one, so it's really exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team works really hard to make everyone in the company feel like they are a part of our greater purpose, which I really appreciate!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are small but mighty! I think we really have a clear division of responsibilities, which helps us all understand clearly what is expected of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked harder in my life than I have at Wondery, but I can't say how important it is to me that the people on my team work just as hard and always have my back if I need to be out or need a breather!
