What do you like best about the leadership team?Caring and always willing to listen and help with store needs
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are really good at encouraging me to do my best and don't make me feel bad when I mess up they just correct me so that it doesn't happen again. It is not a very stressful work environment and I have a lot of fun working there.
What are some of the best things about your team?They are all very kind and make it easy to work with them. They are always willing to help out and are hard workers that share the workload evenly. We get along really well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The stores are the backbone of the company but the employees are treated like they are beneath the "leadership team".
