Working Solutions Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Company contributions and benefits to employees.

A fair rate for great benefits.

The pay and the incentives. No cap on the hours or the money you can make.

Health insurance, along with 401K match.

We have the best HR team of any company I have ever been with.

Health insurance. HR is the best HR team I have ever worked with.

I am an independent contractor so I get to set my own work hours

Always exceed expectation it comes higher than what i signed for

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is only enough to pay for gas in car.

They need to pay more to a Skilled person like me

The "no show' hours are the big problem. Their system has a problem tracking when you are logged in and docks hours daily. Those no show hours aren't paid and they decrease adherence scores. I did everything I was told to do to avoid no shows and I still received them in my metrics.
