There is a chat room but it's really for issues and support. Other agents are all very nice and in good spirits.

Very professional and they try to keep the moods up of the agents with games.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick. I don't think they even interview, they just check of boxes and contract you.
I enjoyed hearing the background story about how the company was founded before the interview process began.
It was a virtual interview but also engaging and gave me a chance to showcase my qualities and experience without answering a bunch of questions.
