There is a lot of change in our line of work but everyone is able to stay above the fray and prioritize what is best for our patients.

It's challenging and fast-paced which was a surprise at first but now I've come to embrace it. My coworkers make me laugh and make me think.

The team! Everyone contributes an amazing amount and does so humbly.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think I would like to continue to see more virtual team building efforts. We do a great job communicating from afar and do some team building activities, but I think more could be done too.
