The executive team is always changing the target, the strategy and the finish line… It feels like we are hurrying to pave the runway, as we are trying to launch the plane with passengers apready onboard.
A complete nightmare. It is the worst job ive ever had. Things have really taken a turn for the worst. Provider retention amd moral has never been worse.
My coworkers are the best part about my job. We have a great working relationship and can trust each other to pitch in and help.
