What are some of the best things about your team?My coworkers are the best part about my job. We have a great working relationship and can trust each other to pitch in and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The Leadership team has open dialogue with other members of the team and appears to value everyone's input.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture is diverse. More diversity in management would be optimal. The environment is relaxed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The executive team is always changing the target, the strategy and the finish line… It feels like we are hurrying to pave the runway, as we are trying to launch the plane with passengers apready onboard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?55,000 or more would be great.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I think I would like to continue to see more virtual team building efforts. We do a great job communicating from afar and do some team building activities, but I think more could be done too.
