What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are the best part about my job. We have a great working relationship and can trust each other to pitch in and help.
We have a geographically dispersed team but that doesn't prevent us from team building and having clear communication online
We have our own language and rituals, they mean a lot
The people they hire tend to be mission-oriented and great. I like the the company's premise. It's the leadership that is a train wreck.
