Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team has open dialogue with other members of the team and appears to value everyone's input.
They listen to feedback and do their best to genuinely implement change
I just started working here a couple of months ago but so far it has been very cool - the leadership is kickass and really inclusive. They had a summit thing for everyone a couple months ago and it got me amped! SO much passion and social impact mission, loving it.
Transparent and dedicated to building a learning organization
They carry as they climb & promote from within. Always are fair & measured in reviews.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team is always changing the target, the strategy and the finish line… It feels like we are hurrying to pave the runway, as we are trying to launch the plane with passengers apready onboard.
Leadership is great, wouldn't change anything.
They need to get better at being organized, and being honest in how they are using investor funds. The two different locations and CEO's are constantly disorganized and fighting. Both seem more out for the glory and cash of a startup than actually producing.
I love the CO-CEO's they are so inspiring and awesome
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k) matching structure is great
401k! and 3 weeks vacation to start
3 weeks vacation a year!
It is fair and normal
Working from home and getting 12 paid holidays a year
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
55,000 or more would be great.
They should abide by local compensation laws. They have a huge legal team yet there are basic compensation laws they don't abide by and they abuse free internships.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are the best part about my job. We have a great working relationship and can trust each other to pitch in and help.
We have a geographically dispersed team but that doesn't prevent us from team building and having clear communication online
We have our own language and rituals, they mean a lot
The people they hire tend to be mission-oriented and great. I like the the company's premise. It's the leadership that is a train wreck.
Everyone loves the mission and really is committed to and cares about the culture

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is diverse. More diversity in management would be optimal. The environment is relaxed.
The team is founded on collaboration in an effort to deliver the best health care experience possible
Mostly everyone is in recovery
Women are equal to men here
There is always a blameless attitude, and a collective desire to help our patients get better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Boot the CEO's if that is possible. They literally do nothing except preen and go on social media all day. They miss meetings and don't hold themselves to the standards that they hold even the youngest interns to.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved meeting my potential manager in person and that the questions asked clearly reflected the company values.

I went through about five different interviews with various members of the team. I felt that it was a thorough and fair process.

Look up normal protocol for interviewing
What makes you most happy at work?
There is a lot of change in our line of work but everyone is able to stay above the fray and prioritize what is best for our patients.

The team! Everyone contributes an amazing amount and does so humbly.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think I would like to continue to see more virtual team building efforts. We do a great job communicating from afar and do some team building activities, but I think more could be done too.
