- What are some of the best things about your team?They're incredibly smart, talented and motivated. It was a bit intimidating at first, but they're genuinely friendly and willing to help others succeed.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team makes themselves available and provides thoughtful feedback and support when called upon. There's very few places I've had such easy access and ears in leadership.
