I wish management would make more of a point to call out working every weekend as a bad thing. A weekend here and there is fine, but when certain employees are working every weekend, it almost sets a precedent that is expected. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We sometimes focus on the specific needs of our current customers and aren't able to effectively build a forward looking product that will truly differentiate us.
Too much to do and not enough time. Shifting priorities. Leads to lots of wasted work.
There is an abnormally high turnover rate.
