I've been here from the beginning so Workpop feels like family. We care about each other's well being and genuinely like being with each other inside and outside of the office.
Company can be a bit of a grind, but that's what we all signed up for. Here to win, and have fun doing it. People generally get along and are friendly inside and outside of work hours.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish management would make more of a point to call out working every weekend as a bad thing. A weekend here and there is fine, but when certain employees are working every weekend, it almost sets a precedent that is expected. Working every weekend can lead to burnout affecting quality of our produ
