I think our leadership team is outstanding. I truly value and appreciate Chris and Reed's hard work and dedication to Workpop. They do a great balancing act of caring about the team as individuals and making sure that the company is strategically growing.
They truly care about the team. And it is a team. You never feel like an employee here.
We currently don't have a direct manager for our team, but I do believe the CEOs are doing a great job of leading the company and setting an example.
