What is the best part about your compensation package?

I've rarely had to worry or bring up matters around compensation. I've received performance and assessment reviews regularly on an annual and sometimes semi-annual basis. The adjustments have always been fair and in response to my continued performance and ability to take on new responsibilities.

Insurance is better than any company I've worked at and it's 100% paid for by Workpop.

It's fair. It's a meritocracy based system and that can make some mad. Top performers get paid really well but as a startup, it's not just raises for showing up.

The health insurance benefits! This saves me so much money.

Salary is competitive for an early round startup. Workpop is very transparent regarding equity and always acts in the best interest of the employees when making decisions that effect the value of employee stock.

Equity + Commission are the best parts for me (in sales)
