What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team makes themselves available and provides thoughtful feedback and support when called upon. There's very few places I've had such easy access and ears in leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've rarely had to worry or bring up matters around compensation. I've received performance and assessment reviews regularly on an annual and sometimes semi-annual basis. The adjustments have always been fair and in response to my continued performance and ability to take on new responsibilities.
Insurance is better than any company I've worked at and it's 100% paid for by Workpop.
Pay is market and fair

It's fair. It's a meritocracy based system and that can make some mad. Top performers get paid really well but as a startup, it's not just raises for showing up.

They're incredibly smart, talented and motivated. It was a bit intimidating at first, but they're genuinely friendly and willing to help others succeed.

Everyone has a very positive attitude, and really tries to see the best in every situation, even on hard days.
I'm surrounded by really smart people who truly care about our customers and want to build the best product. People aren't afraid to challenge and debate each other but in the end there is a high level of respect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish management would make more of a point to call out working every weekend as a bad thing. A weekend here and there is fine, but when certain employees are working every weekend, it almost sets a precedent that is expected. Working every weekend can lead to burnout affecting quality of our produ

We sometimes focus on the specific needs of our current customers and aren't able to effectively build a forward looking product that will truly differentiate us.
Too much to do and not enough time. Shifting priorities. Leads to lots of wasted work.
There is an abnormally high turnover rate.
