the maternity leave plan they give us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the executives make an extremely inflated salary while lower down the totem poll, pay for low level employees is lower than the average in the area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, collaborative, very kind, creative, we are like a family. Top tier talent.

We don’t have people breathing down our neck being micromanaged. Our team is effective and friendly and it creates a positive work environmen
